We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, then delete it securely.

BPG provides a free operational scorecard and an optional free 30-minute call. Any paid work is agreed separately in a written proposal. Results and recommendations are based only on the information you provide and are general business guidance, not legal, financial or tax advice.
We aim to provide accurate, useful assessments, but BPG makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue increases or operational improvements from using our tools or advice.
Tactical Python™, the scorecard questions, scoring method and all related content are the intellectual property of Black Python Group and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
BPG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
